The Original Cool Vest with Banox® FR3 fabric is designed to deal with the harsh environments of the oil, gas or chemical industries. Made with extremely durable FR3 Flame Retardant Banox fabric, this cooling vest will help keep you cool, comfortable and safe in the face of the exact opposite. For added comfort, the cooling packs feature horizontal cells that conform to your torso as you bend and stretch. The packs come in two sizes: 10.3 ounces and 7 ounces. For maximum cooling, insert a large and a small cooling pack into each inside pocket of your vest. For less demanding conditions, you may lighten the vest by using a single large pack in each pocket. BONUS: The bundle includes a full set of Glacier Tek booster packs and an extra mesh bag to hold them. Booster packs have a lower freezing point and 50 percent more cooling capacity. The booster packs are designed to be paired with the standard large packs to extend the period of cooling comfort by 45 minutes or more. Because it replaces the standard small pack, there's no additional weight. SIZING: The adjustable-fit Banox cooling vest comes in one size designed to fit most adults. It weighs about 5.5 pounds, including cooling packs, and will fit chest sizes between 29 inches and 52 inches. Extender sets are available for larger adults.
